Manage or delete my account

Your entire account is managed from the settings on the "Profile" page (icon in the top right corner). You will be able to :

  • Log in / log out
  • Contact the service of your choice
  • Manage your mobile notification preferences 
  • Subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletters 
  • Manage your episode download preferences
If you wish to delete your account, send us an email at with the email address linked to your majelan account and we will do it manually. 
⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data, including your listening history and our personalized recommendations. However, if you have subscribed to one of our "majelan unlimited" offers, deleting your account will not automatically delete your current subscription. We advise you to first unsubscribe before taking any action.
💡 If you simply want to unsubscribe from "majelan unlimited", you can do so directly from the Apple Store or Google Play store settings.
