What happened to my former account?

As of July 7, 2020, the old majelan application is out os service, removed from the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. If you were using the old application, you can delete it from your phone. What happens to your account and/or subscription attached to the old application?
  • Your account attached to the old application is not kept in the new majelan application: in order to benefit from our new offer from 7 July 2020, you need to download the new majelan application and create a new account
  • Your "majelan+" subscription attached to the old application is neither kept nor transferred to our new offer: to access our new exclusive unlimited access programs, you need to re-subscribe to our monthly or half-yearly offer after benefiting from the 7-day free trial
  • If you are a former subscriber, we offer you 1 month free trial at the launch of the new application. If you did not benefit from this offer, please contact us at hello@majelan.com
The data related to your current account and any future subscriptions will be kept by the company as provided for in our T.O.C. and our privacy policy. You may request the deletion of your account and related data at any time.
